At the races, a man suddenly plummets to his death from a balcony his wife and brother becomes the prime suspects regarding his death.

His brother Richard meanwhile is stalk by the killer who leaves him death threats.  Afraid to go to the police in fear of secrets he does not want out. 

Newly appointed Detective Inspector Ian Peterson is assigned the case at the races when a woman‘s body is also found.   There are no suspects even when Richard becomes the next victim.

For Detective Peterson the case seems like it is not going anywhere but when his wife is sudden kidnapped by the killer, he realizes he is closer to the truth. Can he catch the killer before she becomes the next victim?

This is a quick pace story that moves along at an enjoyable rate.
